3. Credits & Payments

Archlify uses a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable once used. Purchased credits do not expire. Pricing and credit packages may change; existing purchases will be honored at the original price.

4. AI Evaluation Disclaimer

Our AI-powered evaluations are generated by machine learning models and are intended as educational feedback. Scores may vary and should not be taken as professional certifications. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the architectural solutions you submit. By submitting content, you grant Archlify a non-exclusive license to display your submissions on the platform (e.g., public portfolios, leaderboard). Archlify retains all rights to the platform itself, including challenges, branding, and evaluation algorithms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Do not submit offensive, illegal, or plagiarized content.
Do not use automated tools or bots to interact with the platform.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer our evaluation algorithms.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.

8. Limitation of Liability

Archlify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform.
