Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Archlify, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the platform.

These terms cover individual practice and Archlify for companies (sections 9 and 10). The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens in your account. Provide true and complete information when signing up.

Company accounts require a work e-mail and are approved manually.

3. Credits and payments

Individual practice uses credits. Credits are non-refundable once used, and purchased credits don't expire. Prices and packages may change; past purchases keep their original price.

Hiring processes don't use credits.

4. AI evaluation

Evaluations are generated by AI models and serve as educational feedback. Scores may vary and are not professional certifications. We don't guarantee accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

In hiring processes, the score is a recommendation to the company, not a decision.

5. Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the solutions you submit. By submitting, you grant Archlify a non-exclusive license to display them on the platform, for example in your public portfolio and on the leaderboard, when you make them public.

In hiring processes, what you submit is shown only to the company that invited you and never appears in a public portfolio or leaderboard.

Archlify keeps all rights to the platform, including challenges, brand and evaluation algorithms.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Submitting offensive, illegal or plagiarized content.
• Using automated tools or bots to interact with the platform.
• Trying to reverse engineer the evaluation algorithms.
• Sharing the statement of interview challenges or the defense questions.
• Taking a hiring process assessment on behalf of someone else.

7. Suspension and account deletion

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can request deletion of your account at any time at carlos@archlify.com.

8. Limitation of liability

Archlify is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

9. Archlify for companies

• Sign-up requires approval. Each account represents one company.
• The pilot is free, within the limits stated at approval. After it, billing is per evaluated candidate, at the amounts agreed in writing before the process.
• Use Archlify only in real hiring processes, inviting people who applied or agreed to take part. The company is responsible for the legal basis to process the data of the candidates it invites.
• For candidate data, the company is the controller and Archlify is the processor, as described in the Privacy Policy. Use that data only in the hiring process where it was collected.
• The score and the integrity signals support the decision; they are not the decision. The hiring decision belongs to the company and is made by people, and the company answers candidates' review requests.
• Candidate data is available for 90 days after the process closes and is then deleted.

10. Taking part as a candidate

• By accepting an invitation, you agree to share with the company the data described in the invitation and in the Privacy Policy.
• Each invitation allows one attempt. Once you start, the timer doesn't pause and the challenge can't be restarted.
• Take the assessment yourself, without help from other people.
• Your feedback is available for up to 90 days after the process closes.
• The process doesn't change your practice account (Elo, credits, achievements and leaderboard).
